Flexible and Affordable Space for Groups
Our space hire is simple and straightforward costing just £25 per hour (No VAT) to use the space along with the facilities below. Whether you’re running a repair café, hosting a group meeting, or organising a workshop, you’ll find everything you need here.
Facilities
- Kitchen area with kettle, microwave and fridge.
- Tea and coffee provided (please bring your own milk).
- Toilet facilities on site.
- Up to six tables and fifty chairs available.
- Electric heaters during colder months.
- Surge-protected extension lead for your electrical needs.
Add More Value with Our Library of Things
If you’d like, you can request access to items from our Library of Things during your session for an additional cost unless you have a current Share Bristol membership (subject to availability). This gives your event even more flexibility without extra hassle.

Space hire is only available at our Bedminster location; unfortunately, other Share Bristol venues cannot offer this service at the moment.
