The Mindfulness for Stress course will provide you with skills in mindfulness, compassion, and meditation, along with plenty of tips for how to apply these skills to make your day to day life easier.
Alongside the other participants in a friendly group, you’ll learn how to increase your happiness and well-being, become calmer and more resilient, be kinder to yourself and others, and to cope with stress and anxiety.
The course will follow the standard curriculum of the Breathworks 8-Week Mindfulness for Stress, condensed into 4 longer sessions.
To get the full benefit, please only sign up if you can make all four sessions. We will have a 30 minute break halfway through the afternoon.
The course will be facilitated by two mindfulness teachers accredited by Breathworks – Lauren Mason and Liz Kalaugher. Read the evidence and evaluations behind Breathworks mindfulness courses.
To gain most benefit from the course, please set aside up to half an hour each day for practice at home.
